Bionic Pets offers complete warranty against failure of its products for 6 months from the date of purchase. Warranty is void if the unit has not been used according to instructions, or if the product shows evidence of misuse. The warranty does not cover replacement of worn parts after 6 months. Bionic Pet’s custom products are non-refundable as devices are unique to each patient and cannot be resold. However, Bionic Pets guarantees the fit of each custom product. If the custom product does not adequately fit as determined by Derrick Campana, Bionic Pets will repair or replace the product at its own cost. Bionic Pets cannot guarantee the acceptance of devices, so it is important to keep in mind that animals will take to prosthetics or orthotics at varying speeds and success rates.
Refunds of non-custom items such as replacement parts or casting kits may be refunded in full, less shipping, if it is returned in the condition in which it was received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If applicable)
Please note, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account. If you have not received a refund within 5 – 7 business days, first check your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender and are non-refundable. If you are returning a device for refurbishment, shipping costs are covered by the customer to ship the device to Bionic Pets, and Bionic Pets will cover the cost of shipping the item back.
Customers may use any shipping service (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc). Please consider obtaining tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance, to ensure secure arrival.
