Política de reembolso
We do not accept returns or refunds on custom or used items.
However, if the order is canceled before the device is made, we will work with you to refund the amount paid, minus the $100 for the casting kit. If the casting materials are unused, please feel free to send them back to us and we will work to refund the entire amount paid within 30 days of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept exchanges since each item is custom, however, if Derrick determines the device needs to be rebuilt, we will do so under the 6-month warranty.
If your item is not eligible for a return, but you'd like to send the item back to us to use for educational purposes, we will gladly accept it and any image/ media of your animal wearing it to display if you so wish.
Receipt of goods
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (non-custom items), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
