Custom Tarsal Brace

Tarsal injuries can result from either acute traumatic events or activities that cause sudden repetitive sprain to the joints' supportive structures. 

Our Tarsal Braces (Ankle/Hock) aid in support of the hock and prevention of hyperextension or collapse of the Achilles tendon. Our typical tarsal brace includes a tether strap that allows for an adjustable/incremental range of motion mimicking the Achilles tendon.

• Support the knee after a complex Achilles injury
• Support post-operative arthrodesis
• Support after a medial/lateral collateral injury
• Support after digital flexor tendon(s) injuries
• Support hyper-extension instability
• Aid with neurological positioning control
• Support with failed arthrodesis
